Our Philosophy

At Nintai Karate, our qualified instructors will help you to achieve all your martial arts and fitness goals, no matter what your level of experience. With a strong focus on traditional Gōjū Ryū Karate-do, we train to improve both mind and body, building character, resilience and humility.

Karate is not a game of points, weight classes or showy demonstrations. It is a martial art and way of life that trains a practitioner to be peaceful.
